By accessing or using the Infomaster.rw platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Infomaster is a digital marketplace connecting product owners with buyers. Our platform only posts verified and approved products. Users must ensure accuracy in all provided information. Infomaster reserves the right to deactivate or remove any listing that does not comply with these terms or is found to be misleading.

2. Terms of Use

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete information about your products.
  
  

• Avoid submitting content you do not own or have rights to.
  
  

• Accept that your listing may be edited for formatting or clarity.
  
  

• Avoid posting products you do not physically own (we do not support resellers).
  
  

• Understand that any breach of these terms can lead to immediate removal of your listings.
  
  

Infomaster does not allow listings of illegal items or listings made in bad faith. Sales representatives will not collect physical payments or charge visitation fees.

3. Privacy Policy

Infomaster values your privacy. Any personal or product-related information you share is used solely for platform services such as posting, marketing, and buyer connections.

We commit to:

• Never sharing or selling your contact information to third-party platforms.
  
  

• Only using your product and contact details for Infomaster website and verified social media pages.
  
  

• Ensuring data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized staff.
  
  

By submitting your contact details and product information, you consent to their use on Infomaster’s web and social media platforms.

4. Collection of Information

We collect the following types of information:

• Product details (descriptions, pricing, images, availability, and location)
  
  

• Subscription status and payment history
  
  

This information is used for client communication, product listing, subscription management, and sales reporting. Your data will never be used for unauthorized purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content uploaded to Infomaster, including product images, descriptions, and titles, remain the property of the product owner. However, by submitting content to the platform, you grant Infomaster a non-exclusive license to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes.

Infomaster holds the full copyright of the platform’s design, structure, and marketing tools. Reuse or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Freemium: 1 product, 3 images, 1-month display, no contact shared, only Infomaster handles buyer communication.
  
  

• Basic: Up to 3 products, 3 images per product, contact details displayed.
  
  

• Premium: Up to 10 products, 5 images per product, contact details displayed, boosted posts on Google & Facebook.
  
  

We also accept commission-based agreements where clients only pay when a product is sold. No commissions or subscriptions are collected in cash unless clearly agreed.

7. Quality Control & Validity

Infomaster only posts real and verified products. Each product must:

• Have real images (no stock photos or copyrighted content without permission)
  
  

• Be described accurately
  
  

• Be owned by the person or entity submitting it
  
  

• Have an exact and verifiable location
  
  

We reserve the right to decline or remove any product that does not meet these standards.

8. Cookie Policy

Infomaster.rw uses cookies to enhance user experience, gather anonymous usage data, and provide relevant content. By using our platform, you consent to our use of cookies. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between clients and buyers must be reported to Infomaster. We act as a facilitator and are not liable for failed transactions. Infomaster staff will help mediate in good faith but are not responsible for final outcomes unless clearly part of the agreement.

10. Changes to Policy

Infomaster reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Continued use of the platform implies consent to the most recent version.
